*All garments should be returned to us in their original condition, tags must be attached to the garment, unworn and unwashed. Items that have been damaged, altered, worn, washed, or dry cleaned will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.. 

*Please ensure that you are not wearing any make up, perfume, deodorant, or body lotion when trying on the garment. 

*We strongly recommend you email us at j.elise_boutique@yahoo.com , regarding your exchange within 7 days from the day you received your package. After the 7th day the item is considered FINAL SALE. 

 

*Please write your order # on the outside of the package for eligible exchanges only.

Orders are only fulfilled Monday-Friday. Please allow 1-4 business days for your order to be prepared & on the 5th to 7th day to be delivered.

 

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

 

Orders placed on Federal Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day
